Diana Castillo has over twenty-five years of experience in the legal field. Diana began their career in 1992 as a Licensing Specialist for the University of California Office of Technology Transfer. In 2000, they worked as a Contract Administrator (TM) for Sony Signatures Entertainment, Inc. From 2001 to 2003, they were a US Patent/Trademark Secretary for Coudert Brothers LLP. Diana then moved to Dorsey & Whitney LLP as a Sr. Foreign Filing Specialist, (Patents & Trademark). In 2008, they worked as an IP Specialist (contract position) for Gallagher & Lathrop LLC and as a Foreign Filing Specialist for Townsend and Townsend and Crew LLP. From 2009 to 2014, they were a Patent Administrator/Paralegal for Novartis Vacines & Diagnostics, Inc. and a Legal Assistant/IP Paralegal for Chevron. From 2015 to 2016, they were a Foreign Filing Paralegal for Weaver Austin Villeneuve Sampson, LLP. Most recently, they have been working as a Paralegal, IP and Contracts Administration for Eureka Therapeutics, Inc.

Diana Castillo has attended Austin Community College and San Francisco State University.
