Vice President, Clinical Development and Technical Operations at Eureka Therapeutics

Pei Wang has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and companies. Starting in 2000, they worked as a Laboratory Manager at the National Key Laboratory of Genetics & Protein Engineering in Peking University, where they assisted a research project and supervised undergraduate students. From 2001 to 2006, Pei worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Texas at Austin, focusing on anti-cancer drug development and cancer research. In this role, they developed a drug delivery system and characterized genomic targets for an anti-cancer drug.

In 2008, Pei joined Eureka Therapeutics, Inc, where they held multiple positions. As a Research Scientist, they made significant contributions to antibody drug pipeline development and served as a project manager for antibody therapeutics projects. Pei also led project-related scientific communications with alliance partners and customers. Pei then progressed to become the Head of Project Management, Director of Project Management, and Senior Director of Program Management, overseeing both internal drug discovery projects and external partnerships. In these roles, they focused on strategic planning, execution, resource management, risk assessment, and communication among team members and external partners.

Most recently, in August 2021, Pei Wang assumed the role of Vice President of Clinical Development and Technical Operations at Eureka Therapeutics, Inc. In this position, they are responsible for the clinical development of products and technical operations.

Pei Wang completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Biology at Peking University from 1996 to 2000. Pei then pursued further education and obtained their PhD in Biology from The University of Texas at Austin from 2001 to 2006. In addition to their formal education, Pei Wang has a certification in Business Management and Marketing, with a specialization in II, from Insotus College.
