Wen Fang

Wen Fang has over 20 years of experience in the field of taxation and finance. Wen began their career in 1996 as an Electrical Engineer at Xi'an Changfeng Science & Technology Industry Corp. In 2007, they held a Tax Associate & Internship role at Grant Thornton LLP and a Tax Associate role at Grant Thornton. In 2008, they held a Tax Associate role at both BDO Seidman LLP and BDO LLP. From 2010 to 2014, they held a Sr. Tax Analyst role at Sanmina-SCI Corporation and a Tax Manager, CPA role at Barracuda (NYSE: CUDA). Since 2018, they have held an Associate Director, Tax and FP&A role at Eureka Therapeutics, Inc, as well as Sr. Tax Manager and Tax Manager roles.

Wen Fang obtained a Master of Science in Business Administration and Accounting from San Francisco State University in 2007. Wen also obtained a Bachelor in Accounting and Electrical Engineering from San Francisco State University. Additionally, Wen Fang holds a CPA certification.
