Nico Ramos

Nico Ramos has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and positions. Nico is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Eureka Labs, where they focus on creating simple solutions to complex problems and building and scaling tech products and teams for fast-growing e-commerce and SaaS companies. Prior to Eureka Labs, Nico held multiple roles at Olapic by Social Native, including Vice President of Service Delivery & Strategy, Senior Director and Regional Manager, and Director and Regional Manager. In these roles, they led global service delivery organizations and managed teams responsible for providing the service layer on top of SaaS Olapic's products for more than 500 global brands. Nico also has experience as a General Manager at Aivo, an AI company specializing in automating customer support, and as an Entrepreneurship Department Manager and Entrepreneurship Professor at Universidad Empresarial Siglo 21, where they also served as a Marketing Manager. Additionally, Nico has worked as the Director of the Cordoba Chapter at Endeavor, a Semi Senior Consultant at The World Bank, a Marketing Manager at Infoxel, and as the Co-Founder and General Manager of Sýnakos, a consultancy firm focused on marketing, PR, and event planning.

Nico Ramos obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Universidad Empresarial 'Siglo 21' from 2010 to 2012, with a focus on Business. Prior to that, from 1998 to 2005, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Communications at Universidad Nacional de Córdoba. Nico also attended Instituto Domingo Zípoli from 1985 to 1996, where they obtained their High School degree in Music Pedagogy.

In addition to their formal education, Nico has obtained several certifications including Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from aics | Asociación Internacional de Calidad de Software in January 2021, Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Manager in December 2020, and World Business Forum NYC 2022 from WOBI in November 2022.
