Nicolas Gay

Nicolas GAY is an experienced project and operations manager with a comprehensive background in the defense and industrial sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Project Department at EURENCO, Nicolas oversees significant site projects with a budget of approximately €100 million, focusing on new constructions, revamping, and regulatory engineering. Previously, Nicolas held roles such as Group Industrial Projects Manager and Operations Manager at DCNS, where responsibilities included deploying project management methodologies and ensuring resource management across multiple locations. With a solid foundation in integrated logistics support from various positions at DCNS and extensive expertise in procurement at OpenHydro, Nicolas brings a wealth of knowledge in managing projects, teams, and operations effectively. Nicolas holds an Executive MBA from ESCP Business School and a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from HEI - Hautes Etudes d'Ingénieur.
