Thibaud Alaime

Thibaud Alaime is an experienced professional in the field of synthetic chemistry and formulation, currently serving as a référent expert and head of the laboratory service at EURENCO since June 2017, with responsibilities in the pyrotechnics study laboratory and multi-scale organic synthesis of energetic materials such as RDX and HMX. Previously, Thibaud held a doctoral position at CEA - Commissariat à l'énergie atomique et aux énergies alternatives from October 2013 to November 2016, focusing on the synthesis of heterocyclic energetic molecules. Leadership experience includes serving as president at Horizons Alsace Chimie, managing a team and fostering collaborations with external companies and research laboratories. Thibaud holds multiple degrees in organic chemistry, including a research doctorate from CEA Le Ripault and a diplôme d'ingénieur from École Nationale Supérieure de Chimie de Mulhouse. Additionally, Thibaud obtained a certification in pyrotechnics in 2017.
