Lars Wurm

Lars Wurm currently serves as Regional Manager at Eurest Österreich since October 2023. Prior to this role, Lars held the position of Head of Operations at H'ugo's Betriebe from March 2021 to September 2023. Lars has a solid background in food and beverage management, having worked as Corporate F&B Manager and F&B Manager at Vienna House between June 2015 and March 2021, and as F&B Manager at Steigenberger Hotels AG from December 2013 to June 2015. Additional experience includes serving as Director of F&B at Shaza Hotels from May 2012 to November 2013, and various assistant management roles within Steigenberger Hotels AG and Breuninger. Lars began a career in hospitality as an F&B Trainee with Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts in 2007, following the completion of a Certified Assistant for Hotel Management degree from ASG - Anerkannte Schulgesellschaft mbH from 2004 to 2007.
