Rachel Paulus-Chretien

Rachel PAULUS-CHRETIEN is the founder of Thisam, where expertise in professional risk prevention and workplace well-being has been applied since January 2011 to enhance quality of life at work. Concurrently, Rachel serves as a specialist in prevention at multiple organizations, including ADIMC 74 and STICK-ETIQ, and focuses on improving workplace quality of life at companies such as Winoa, Allergan, and Milleservices. Rachel's experience includes the application of the Amma seated massage technique to decrease sick leave and promote employee wellness. Rachel's academic background includes a degree in Sophrology from the Ecole de Sophrologie Caycédienne d'Annecy and completion of training at Ecole Touch line in Neuchatel.
