Francesca Dell'Era

Francesca Dell'Era has a diverse work experience in finance and auditing. Francesca started their career as a Junior Auditor at KPMG, where they conducted audits of financial statements and assessed operational risks of various industrial firms. Francesca then worked as a Trainee Internal Auditor at the European Central Bank, where they conducted internal audits and issued recommendations.

Following that, they joined Sella Holding Banca as an Equity Derivatives Trader, before transitioning to Eurex as a Sales and Relationship Manager Derivatives. In this role, they were responsible for sales and supporting documentation of new products and functionalities, and worked closely with banks, investment firms, and institutional investors.
