Eric Seinsheimer

Eric Seinsheimer has worked in various legal and compliance roles throughout their career. Eric started their career as an Intern-Investigator at the Public Defender Service in 1999. Eric then worked as an Intern for the Honorable Ricardo M. Urbina at the United States District Court for the District of Columbia in 2004. In 2005, they were a Summer Associate at Dickstein Shapiro LLP. From 2006 to 2011, they were an Associate in the Securities Practice group at Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP, representing clients in securities litigation matters. Eric then joined the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission as a Special Counsel in the Division of Market Oversight from 2011 to 2013.
