Anastasiia Mota

Anastasiia Mota has a diverse work experience spanning several roles in the field of human resources. Anastasiia started their career in 2009 as the Head of the Internal Organization Department at Lviv Regional Public Organization "Borec" and held this position until 2012. From 2011 to 2014, they worked at GlobalLogic as a Recruiting Specialist and later as an HR/People Partner, where they were responsible for various HR tasks such as onboarding, employee relations, performance appraisals, and employee satisfaction. Anastasiia then joined Symphony Solutions in 2015 as an HR/Employee Relationship Coordinator, where they managed new employee orientation, performance reviews, employee relations, and exit interviews. Most recently, they joined Euristiq in 2019 as an HR Manager.

Anastasiia Mota pursued their education at Ivan Franko National University of Lviv from 2006 to 2011. During this time, they obtained a master's degree in psychology, which was their chosen field of study.
