Andrii Holovko

Andrii Holovko has a diverse work experience, with their most recent role as a Principal Software Engineer at Euristiq since 2019. In this role, they are currently working on projects related to decentralized identity, verifiable credentials, and cryptography, using technologies such as Go and open-source technologies.

Prior to their current role, Andrii worked as a Project Lead at Tributum LLC from February 2018 to November 2018. Andrii developed software for calculating and remitting sales taxes for e-commerce retailers. The project was written in Go and utilized AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, SQS, and GraphQL-based API.

Before joining Tributum LLC, Andrii worked as a Project Lead at Airbrake.io from July 2016 to November 2018. In this role, they developed a library for reporting errors to the Airbrake dashboard and provided post-release support to end users.

From February 2010 to September 2018, Andrii worked as a Senior Software Developer at Ancestry. Andrii worked on a software called Archives.com that focused on genealogy research and building family trees. Andrii integrated over 3 billion records, including the US Census 1940 index, which played a significant role in the acquisition of Archives.com.

Starting from March 2008 to May 2010, Andrii worked as a Software Developer at Inflection. Andrii'sresponsibilities included working on software for phone/email lookups, an early version of Archives.com, and a project that later became GoodHire.

Andrii's career began in February 2007 as a Trainee at UKEESS Software House, where they worked on various small applications in C# using ASP.NET WebForms and SQL Server.

Prior to that, they worked as a Software Developer at Cabconnect, Inc. from August 2007 to February 2008. Andrii'swork involved developing software for personalized ride/payment programs and fare management for cab companies, including integrating the PACE service for taxi services for people with disabilities.

Andrii Holovko earned a Master's degree in Applied Mathematics from Lviv Polytechnic National University from 2001 to 2006.
