Donna Fearnley

Donna Fearnley is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various high-profile organizations. Currently serving as the Group HR Director for Euro Car Parts Ltd. since July 2020, Fearnley leads HR strategy and operations for the largest automotive aftermarket specialist in the UK. Prior to this, Fearnley held key HR positions at Premier Foods, including Director of HR Services and HR Director for Sweet Treats, where responsibilities included setting HR strategy and driving employee engagement. Previous roles at Amazon.co.uk and Amazon.com involved regional and senior HR management, critical in managing people initiatives at one of the world's leading online retailers. Fearnley's career also includes significant contributions to TUI UK, Associated British Foods plc, and TIBBETT & BRITTEN GROUP PLC, among others.
