Elena Pérez Ruiz

Elena Pérez Ruiz, PhD, is a highly experienced professional in the fields of health, biotechnology, and innovation funding. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Euro-Funding, Elena leads projects aimed at helping innovative companies secure non-dilutive public funding for R&D. Additionally, since April 2020, Elena has been an independent technical expert and evaluator for the Eureka Network, promoting international R&D projects. Previous roles include Senior Consultant at IPLUSF, focusing on European funding, and teaching Biomaterials at IED Madrid. Elena's extensive research background includes a postdoctoral position at KU Leuven, where responsibilities included managing R&D projects and supervising students.
