Gabor Maalcke is an experienced operations leader with a robust background in logistics, production, and supply chain management. Currently serving as the Head of Operations at Euro Pizza Products since July 2021, Gabor oversees logistics, factory production, and transportation. Previously, Gabor held various managerial roles at Vomar Voordeelmarkt B.V. from June 2018 to July 2021, including Manager Production & Logistics and DC Manager KW, responsible for warehouse operations in Alkmaar. Gabor's experience extends back to De Kweker from May 2006 to July 2018, where responsibilities included managing logistics and integrating multiple warehouse locations into a single distribution center. Gabor began a career at Albert Heijn in April 1995, progressing from a part-time store employee to various management positions over 11 years. Gabor obtained a degree from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences between 2000 and 2005.

Our clients are pizza-chains, restaurants, hotels, wholesalers, caterers, theme parks and many more. All our frozen fresh pizza dough balls are produced in our state-of-the-art factory in Amstelveen, the Netherlands, with a production capacity of more than 30 million tons of dough annually. Our production facility is BRC AA Certified and has the Skal Bio-control license. Every single dough ball that leaves our facility each year meets the same stringent requirements.
