Beata Brodova

Beata Brodova is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in international human resources management. Currently serving as the Regional HR Manager CEE at Euro Pool System since January 2016, Beata leads a diverse HR agenda across six countries, focusing on talent development, organizational design, labor law, and strategic transformation. Additionally, Beata has been a mentor at Femme Palette since August 2020 and has held several significant roles, including HR Manager CEE at Invensys (acquired by Schneider Electric) and HR Manager CEE & Middle East at Masonite International.
