Jenyffer Paiva Annino Cortez is currently serving as the Coordenadora de Projetos de TI e Inovação at Grupo Euro17 since April 2023, where responsibilities include managing projects within the Technology, Innovation, and Projects Directorate and implementing continuous improvements in operational processes through change management. Prior experience includes a role as a Senior Planning Analyst, focusing on Agile Scrum methodologies and strategic planning in the Credit Risk and Collections Directorate. Additionally, Jenyffer has extensive experience at Banco Santander, where roles included Credit Risk Analyst, Segment Analyst, and various positions in customer service. Jenyffer holds an MBA in Macro Engenharia with a specialization in Project Management from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and a degree in Marketing from Universidade Anhanguera São Paulo.
