Olga Vlavianou

Olga Vlavianou possesses extensive experience in corporate governance, legal coordination, and capital markets, currently serving as a Member of the Supervisory Committee at the National Library of Greece and the Head of Global Markets Corporate Governance at Eurobank SA. With a strong focus on legal and special projects, Olga has led significant initiatives, including the first NPL synthetic securitization in Greece, and has provided strategic guidance on corporate governance practices. Prior roles include legal and corporate advisory positions within Eurobank and KPMG, as well as co-founding K&O RECEIVING AND TRANSMITTING ORDERS S.A. Olga's educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Maritime Shipping & Commercial Law from the University of Southampton and various other qualifications in taxation, finance, and management.
