Emerald Am

Emerald Am serves as the Country Manager at IDH, The Sustainable Trade Initiative, overseeing the LABS Initiative and ensuring supplier safety programs for major brands such as Amazon and Nike. Emerald actively explores strategic partnerships, mitigates safety risks within supply chains, and advocates for sustainable trade and development. Additionally, Emerald holds leadership roles in various committees, including the Global Facilities Management Team and EuroCham Cambodia, where advocacy focuses on labor rights and sustainability in manufacturing. With a diverse professional background, Emerald has contributed to organizations like Humans of Phnom Penh and volunteers as a communication trainer. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Management from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and ongoing studies for a Master's degree in Public and International Law at Université Paris 8.
