Roland Declerck

Roland Declerck has extensive work experience in various roles related to operations and logistics in the chemical and fertilizer industry. Roland started their career in 1989 as an Inspector Gas Technical Center at SGS and later worked as a Gas Inspector at Van Sluys & Bayet. In 1997, they joined Gemeentelijk Havenbedrijf Antwerpen where they worked in the Harbour Master's Office - Dangerous Goods department. In 2001, Roland joined BASF Antwerpen NV as Logistic Services Fertilizers and later became the Operations Manager for Logistic Services Fertilizers. In 2012, they joined EuroChem Antwerpen NV and held positions as Operations Manager Logistic Services Fertilizers, Head of Logistics, and currently, they serve as the Head of Operations.
