Alex Starkov

Alex Starkov has extensive experience in construction and engineering, currently serving as the Construction Directorate Chief Expert for EuroChem since September 2016, overseeing the Usolsky Potash Plant Greenfield Construction in Berezniki, Russia. Prior roles include Project Engineer at OC RegionPermStroy LLC, where major waterfront structures were overhauled, and QC/QA Engineer at GSI Trest 7 LLC, focusing on the greenfield construction of wastewater treatment facilities. Alex began a career in engineering as a Quantity Surveyor at Start City Group LLC and has held various supervisory and technical positions across several companies since 2007. Educational qualifications include a Master of Engineering in Industrial and Civil Engineering from Perm National Research Polytechnic University and additional diplomas in Enterprise Management and leadership-related subjects from various institutions.
