Dmitry Burlay

Dmitry Burlay serves as the Deputy Chief Strategy Officer at EuroChem since June 2021, contributing to the strategic direction of one of the largest fertilizer companies globally. Previously, Burlay held the position of Chief Strategy Officer and Deputy CEO at Chelpipe Group until its acquisition by TMK in 2021. Experience at GE includes serving as Strategy & Marketing Director for Oil & Gas and Power in Russia and Central Asia, along with significant roles at SIBUR, where responsibilities spanned export sales and corporate strategy. Early career included project management at Monitor Deloitte, consulting at Booz Allen Hamilton, and an internship at Mobile Telesystems. Dmitry holds a master's degree in Economics from the Higher School of Economics and a Master’s in Chemical Engineering from Volgograd State Technical University.
