Ekaterina Serebrenikova

Ekaterina Serebrenikova has extensive work experience in various HR roles. Ekaterina currently holds the position of Chief People Officer at EuroChem since November 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a University Lecturer at High School of Economics from August 2017. From November 2019 to November 2022, they served as the Chief People Officer at McDonald's. Ekaterina also worked as an HR Expert at an undisclosed company starting from 2017. In the past, they held senior HR positions at ESW Capital LLC, JSC Ilim Group, International Paper, EMC Corporation, and Motorola. Ekaterina'scareer began as an HR manager at Price Waterhouse Limited in 1996.

Ekaterina Serebrenikova holds a Master's Degree in HR management from the St. Petersburg Institute of Professional Development for Managers, which they completed in 1997. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Science in Engineering specializing in Radio, Television, and Digital Communication from the Saint Petersburg University of Telecommunications, graduating in 1993.
