Elena Shtepina

Elena Shtepina, MBA, currently serves as the Head of Methodology in the Fertilizer Division at EuroChem since October 2023. Previously, Elena held the position of Senior Metodologist at the controlling department of ПОЛЮС from December 2017 to October 2023, and worked as a Financial Controller at Specta Group from September 2009 to December 2017. Earlier roles include IFRS Manager at RLS from 2008 to 2009 and CFO of a division at Atlant-M from July 2003 to July 2006. Elena Shtepina earned an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Sinergy (Plekhanov's Academy) between 2003 and 2006, and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Ural State University of Economics from 1994 to 1998.
