Ilya Totskiy

Ilya Totskiy currently serves as the Head of HSE for the Commercial Division and Logistics Division at EuroChem since August 2021. Prior experience includes the role of Lead Coordinator of the Safety Culture Program at Caspian Pipeline Consortium from October 2019 to August 2021, and serving as Site SSH Lead for Exxon Neftegaz Ltd (ExxonMobil) at Odoptu Stage 2, Sakhalin-1 from April 2018 to October 2019. Ilya also worked as a Senior HSE Consultant with DuPont Sustainable Solutions from January 2016 to March 2018, and held the position of HSE Manager at JSC Sovfracht from July 2015 to January 2016. Previous experience includes working as a Project Safety Advisor at Exxon Neftegas Limited (a subsidiary of ExxonMobil) from June 2008 to July 2015. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Economics, obtained from ДВФУ between 1996 and 2001, and earlier education at МИУБП from 1993 to 1996.
