Marie-Anne Haegeman

Marie-Anne Haegeman possesses extensive experience in the banking and finance sector, currently serving as Chair of the Belgian Works Council and Head of Banking & Network at Euroclear since September 2018. Additionally, Marie-Anne holds the position of Chief Risk Officer at Argenta while also being a non-executive board member. Previous roles include Chief Risk Officer at CBC Banque SA and KBC Group NV, as well as General Manager positions at KBC Verzekeringen NV and KBC Global Services NV. Marie-Anne began a career in finance in 1988 at KBC Bank NV, following a degree in Commercial and Business Economics Engineering from KU Leuven.
