Antonio Licu Fraes

Antonio Licu FRAeS has extensive experience in the aviation and air traffic management sectors, currently serving as the Head of Technology Division at EUROCONTROL since January 2010. In addition to this role, Antonio has held multiple leadership positions, including Head of Safety Unit and Head of Digital Transformation Office. Prior to this, Antonio led the Airspace Management Division at ROMATSA from 2007 to 2009 and worked at EUROCONTROL from 1999 to 2008 as the ESP Programme Manager. Antonio holds a Master of Science degree in Avionics from the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest and has furthered education through London Business School and Gheorge Lazar High School.
