Ingrid Cappelletti

Ingrid Cappelletti has extensive experience in administrative and training roles, currently serving as a Learning and Development Analyst and Training Coordinator at EUROCONTROL since July 2004. This position involves the design, coordination, and evaluation of training programs, along with conducting needs assessments and supporting the administration of the learning management system. Prior to this, Ingrid held various executive assistant roles within EUROCONTROL, including Senior Assistant in the Agency Performance and Planning Unit and supporting high-level management positions. Earlier career experiences include working with the European Commission in the intellectual property sector and providing administrative support to finance executives at Tenneco and Toyota Motor Europe.
