Sandra Vastag

Sandra Vastag (ex Knezevic) is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and organizational design. As a Talent Acquisition & Organisational Design Expert at EUROCONTROL since March 2020, Sandra specializes in job classification, evaluation, and strategic workforce planning. Previously, Sandra held key HR positions at SysKit, International Zagreb Airport, COLAS Hrvatska, Auto Hrvatska, Geofoto, and Jamnica, where responsibilities included recruitment processes, employer branding, HR administration, and employee relations. Sandra's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Psychology from Croatian Studies, completed in 2009.
