Woet Hindriks is currently employed as a Medewerker Alarmcentrale at Eurocross Assistance, where the primary responsibilities include handling telephone calls related to medical accidents and emergencies abroad, providing advice, explaining protocols and procedures, and managing costs for clients. Additionally, Woet has experience as a huiswerkbegeleider at Lyceo, assisting high school students with planning, studying, and homework assignments. With a background in sales roles and a current pursuit of a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Leiden University, Woet has a diverse skill set and a strong educational background.
Eurocross Assistance
Trend-setting in providing assistance worldwide Eurocross Assistance is a division of Achmea Eureko. For the past 26 years, it has been trend-setting in providing assistance throughout the world, such as medical help, breakdown services, but also assistance in the sphere of fire damage, storm or water damage and personal emergency services. Eurocross employs around 300 motivated staff members who work from our offices in the Netherlands, the Czech republic and Bulgaria. They work together using a carefully constructed, global network of (medical) assistants and service professionals, including doctors, salvagers, substitute drivers and contact agents. Eurocross is one of the founders of Astrum Assistance Alliance; an international alliance in which five major, independent European emergency centres have joined forces worldwide: Eurocross Assistance (Netherlands, The Czech Republic, Bulgaria), SOS International (Scandinavia), Roland Assistance (Germany), Fidelia Assistance (France) and Mobi-24 (Switzerland).
