Erica Teles de Menezes

Erica Teles de Menezes serves as the Head of Corporate Venture Capital at Eurofarma since September 2021, where responsibilities include managing Neuron Ventures Portfolio, implementing strategic innovation committees, and fostering partnerships with the M&A team. Prior to Eurofarma, Erica held several roles at L'Oréal from March 2017 to October 2021, including Sr. Open Innovation & Digital Manager and PL Marketing Product Manager, focusing on open innovation and product marketing. Earlier experience includes marketing positions at Mondelēz International from January 2012 to March 2017, where responsibilities spanned brand positioning strategy and product development. Erica began their career as a Junior Buyer at Brose and completed a Master of Science in Digital Innovation & Entrepreneurial Leadership at ESCP Business School in 2020, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Fachhochschule Münster.
