Mariana Amaro

Mariana Amaro has a diverse background in Human Resources. Mariana started their career at Robert Bosch GmbH as an HR Business Partner from November 2012 to December 2014. Mariana then worked at Duratex as an HR Business Partner from September 2015 to April 2017. From 2017 to 2023, they held the position of Global HR Sr. Manager at Natura &Co, where they were responsible for overseeing HR operations in overseas locations and driving global expansion. In 2023, Mariana founded Expand Consulting, a specialized consultancy focusing on leadership development and support for professionals looking to accelerate their international careers. Mariana is currently working at Eurofarma as the Head of HR - International Operations, where they are responsible for leading HR strategies across 21 countries, focusing on talent acquisition and retention, leadership development, and compliance with local regulations and company policies.

Mariana Amaro is a graduate of the Universidade Estadual de Campinas, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Business Management. Mariana also completed a postgraduate program in Competitive Strategies: Communication, Innovation, and Leadership at the Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho. Additionally, Mariana holds certifications in Agile Methodologies from Saint Paul Escola de Negócios and Green Belt from VF Consultoria | Lean Six Sigma. Mariana obtained their Agile Methodologies certification in 2020 and their Green Belt certification in 2019.
