Mariana Amaro has a diverse background in Human Resources. Mariana started their career at Robert Bosch GmbH as an HR Business Partner from November 2012 to December 2014. Mariana then worked at Duratex as an HR Business Partner from September 2015 to April 2017. From 2017 to 2023, they held the position of Global HR Sr. Manager at Natura &Co, where they were responsible for overseeing HR operations in overseas locations and driving global expansion. In 2023, Mariana founded Expand Consulting, a specialized consultancy focusing on leadership development and support for professionals looking to accelerate their international careers.
