Eurofins Biomnis
Boris Lipinski is a skilled bioinformatician engineer with extensive experience in biomedical research and cancer genomics. Currently employed at Eurofins Biomnis since October 2022, Boris previously contributed to the International Center for Infectious Disease Research (CIRI) from September 2020 to October 2022 within the lymphoma immuno biology team. Prior to that, work was undertaken at the International Agency for Research on Cancer/World Health Organization in early 2020, where Boris developed an automatic genotype imputation pipeline utilizing Nextflow, Docker, and Singularity. Boris also completed an internship at Inserm in 2019, focusing on single-cell analysis in cancer populations. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Molecular Bioinformatics from Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1 and a Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences from Université de Toulon.
