Bradley Eggers is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational excellence, continuous improvement, and lean manufacturing across various industries. Currently serving as BUMA Leader, Coach, and Vice President at Eurofins since August 2018, Bradley has spearheaded cultural business change initiatives through servant leadership and strategic planning. Previous roles include Continuous Improvement Manager at B&G Foods Inc. and ACH Food Companies, as well as Lean Leader at GE, where Bradley focused on implementing lean methodologies and tools. With a solid foundation in plant management at Esselte and leadership in quality assurance and safety at MidAmerican Manufacturing, Bradley has cultivated a deep expertise in driving operational efficiency. Bradley holds an Executive MBA from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business, along with degrees in Liberal Arts and Biology.
