Camila Gadotti

Camila Gadotti serves as President of Eurofins, leading the recovery of the Drinking Water testing division following significant industry challenges. Previously, as Vice President, Camila provided strategic leadership across Eurofins Food Microbiology Laboratories, managing six sites with over 150 employees and $40 million in revenue. As General Manager, Camila achieved a 140% revenue increase and transformed a loss-making lab into the most profitable within the Eurofins network. Earlier experience includes a successful tenure at 3M, where Camila held roles in technical sales and R&D, contributing significantly to product development and customer support. Camila's academic credentials include a Master of Science in Food Science and an MBA in Marketing from the University of Minnesota and Hamline University, respectively, along with a Bachelor's in Biological Sciences and a Teaching Licensure from Universidade Federal de Uberlândia.
