Ludovic Vilain

Ludovic Vilain is the Group General Counsel & Head of Compliance at Eurofins, a global leader in testing and laboratory services, since April 2023. Prior to this role, Vilain served as General Counsel and Head of M&A at factory14 until February 2023, and worked as a Senior Associate in Private Equity, Real Estate Investments, and M&A at Arendt & Medernach from June 2016 to December 2021. Additionally, Vilain lectured on Luxembourg Corporate Law at the Luxembourg School for Commerce from October 2017 to October 2020 and practiced as a corporate and M&A associate at Strelia and DLA Piper. Vilain holds a Master of Laws in International Business Law from UCL and has furthered education in competition law and various universities.
