Mark Reilly

Mark Reilly is an experienced analytical chemist with a career spanning over two decades in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as an Instrument Specialist at Eurofins, Mark leads the analytical lab at WKKI in Battle Creek, focusing on flash chromatography assays, UV/Vis raw material qualification, and UPLC analysis of capsaicinoids. Prior roles at Kalsec included Associate Scientist and Assistant Scientist, where responsibilities encompassed developing natural color products and optimizing stability assay methods. Mark began their career as a Lab Technician at Hercules, contributing to research on the effects of chemicals in paper products. Mark holds a B.S. in Chemistry, Math, and Economics from Western Michigan University.
