Miguel Fernandes

Miguel Fernandes is an experienced professional in the field of clinical diagnostics, currently serving as the Director of Operational Best Practices at Eurofins since October 2018. Prior to this role, Miguel held the position of COO Iberia and Group Head of Lab Organization at SYNLAB from March 2007 to September 2018. Miguel's educational background includes a degree from Academia Militar, completed from 1977 to 1982, and further training at the Army Armor School in Fort Knox, Kentucky, in 1985, which provided an Armor Officer Basic Course from 1985 to 1985. Additional studies were undertaken at Universidade Nova de Lisboa from 1988 to 1990.
