Hugo Flores Bailach is a seasoned supply chain professional with extensive experience at Eurofit Group since July 2016, where roles include Supply Chain Manager and Project Manager, focusing on standardization, continuous improvement, and cost reduction initiatives. Key responsibilities encompass defining and implementing procedures, optimizing supply chain organization, and supporting ERP projects. Previous roles include Assistant Logistics Manager and Logistics Coordinator in the Enlog plant, as well as a Methods Engineer internship at Valeo and a Sales Engineer position at Hi-VAWT. Hugo holds a degree in Industrial Engineering with a specialization in Electronics from Universidad de Zaragoza and furthered education with a degree in Electronics Engineering from the University of Oklahoma.
