With extensive experience in operations management, Kai also worked at Johnson Controls GmbH in roles such as Manager Operations, Program Manager, and Project Leader. Kai holds a degree in Maschinenbau from Fachhochschule Südwestfalen and attended Staatliche Berufsfachschule für Fertigungstechnik und Elektrotechnik.
