Michael Balcar

Michael Balcar is an experienced plant general manager with a strong background in production management and engineering. Currently serving as Plant General Manager at Eurofit Group since February 2021, Michael previously held the same title at MAHLE from September 2015 to December 2019. Prior to this, Michael worked at Grammer AG as Production Manager and at Brose Group, where roles included Production Manager, Coordinator of Manufacturing Engineering, and Production Process Engineer. Michael earned a Diploma in Industrial Engineering & Management from the University of Applied Science Zwickau between 1999 and 2003.
