Carlos Alonso Sarmiento

Carlos Alonso Sarmiento has extensive experience in human resources and operations management, currently serving as the Iberia HRBP & Operations Manager at Eurofred Group since May 2007. In this multinational company specializing in climate and refrigeration equipment, Carlos manages the implementation of people policies and processes across Spain and Portugal.
