Sébastien Cadel has extensive experience in hygiene, safety, security, and environmental management within the agro-food industry, currently serving as Responsable Hygiène Sécurité Sûreté Environnement at EUROGERM since June 2017. Responsibilities include managing production infrastructure maintenance, sanitation plans, safety policy development, incident analysis, regulatory compliance, and environmental oversight. Prior positions include Coordinator of safety at PPS Pipeline Systems GmbH, HSE Manager at Alloga, and QSE Apprentice at L'Oréal, alongside roles in quality control and research and development. Sébastien holds degrees in Responsible QSE, Professional License in Analytical Chemistry, and DUT in Chemistry.
