Alexis Baujat

Alexis Baujat is a seasoned consultant with a strong background in public and private sector advisory roles. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Eurogroup Consulting since January 2023, Baujat focuses on transformation support, diagnostics, and strategy development. Previous experience includes internal consulting at the Hauts-de-Seine department, engaging in evaluations, audits, and policy recommendations, as well as conducting a public policy evaluation project for "la Vallée de la Culture."
