Hugues Tourel

Hugues Tourel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy, economic development, and consulting across various sectors. As the Senior Partner at Eurogroup Consulting since March 2022, Hugues leads the economic development and strategy practice, focusing on public sector development. Hugues has also been a teacher in Corporate Strategy at Sciences Po from June 2016 to January 2023. Prior to this, Hugues held the position of Senior Partner at Accenture Strategy & Consulting, where leadership roles included heading the economic development practice globally and the Government Practice in France and BeNelux. Hugues has a strong background in transformation programs for both private companies and public authorities in Europe and the Middle East. Earlier career roles included key positions at Capgemini Consulting, Gemini Consulting, and TMA Consulting France, where Hugues focused on strategy and management consulting across multiple industries. Hugues holds an Executive MBA from IAE Paris, an engineering degree from ESIEA, and completed executive education in analytics-powered strategy at Kellogg.
