Monika MacKiewicz

Monika Mackiewicz is an experienced professional in the field of veterinary diagnostics and molecular biology. Currently serving as Project Coordinator at EUROIMMUN since August 2015, Monika specializes in Bead Technology Antigen Detection. Prior to this role, Monika held various positions at the Research Center Borstel, including Global Product Manager and R&D Veterinary Diagnostics, and worked as a PostDoc focusing on veterinary medicine, zoonotic diseases, and tick-borne pathogens. Monika's academic background includes a PhD from the Leibniz Graduate School Model Systems for Infectious Diseases, supported by research experience and teaching roles at multiple institutions, including a DAAD exchange at INTA and a research associate position at Heinrich-Heine-Universität Düsseldorf. Monika obtained a degree in Biology, specializing in Molecular Parasitology from the University of Düsseldorf.
