Euroins Insurance AD (Insurance Company Euro Ins or Euroins JSC or EUROINS Insurance plc) is a Bulgaria-based company, which provides a range of insurance services. The Company’s portfolio consists of over 45 insurance products, such as medical insurance, auto insurance, property insurance, agricultural insurance and cargo insurance, as well as leasing contract financial losses insurance and others. It operates its own sales network throughout Bulgaria, managing offices in approximately 87 towns, as well as a number of brokers and insurance agents. The Company’s investments portfolio focuses on four main divisions: Finance, Automobiles, Manufacture and Real Estate. As of December 31, 2011, the Company’s major shareholder was Euroins insurance group AD with a stake of 77.22%.
