Marta Utor

Marta Utor serves as the General Counsel Adviser for Euroleague Basketball since November 2015, focusing on business and commercial affairs, while also holding the position of Vice-President of the Council of the European Handball Court of Arbitration since October 2021. Utor is an Associate Professor at Blanquerna - Universitat Ramon Llull, teaching Sports Law, Legislation, and Governance within the Sports Management program since September 2023. Additionally, Utor has taken on roles in various sports federations, including Judge of Appeal for the Federación Española de Pádel and Federación Española de Bádminton, and Member of the Sports Discipline and Competition Committees for multiple federations. Utor's educational background includes an LLM from Universitat de Barcelona, an International Master in Sports Law from Universitat de Lleida, and specialized courses in Gaming and eSports Law, Arbitration, and Football Law.
