Paul Rosenau has held a number of positions in the engineering and project management sectors since 1995. From 1995 to 2004, they were the Director of Design Resources at Balboa Instruments, where they were responsible for developing corporate identity, forming a Design Department, designing and producing customized graphics for OEM product branding, and creating an identity for ISO9001 certification. Paul then served as Vice President at Virtual Transaction Technologies, Inc. (VTTi) from 2004 to 2005, providing design direction and implementation of data collection software products running on cellular phone platforms. From 2005 to 2013, they were the Director of Special Projects at Balboa Water Group, where they were instrumental in developing the most recent line of spa control products. Finally, from 2013 to 2014, they were at Command Access Technologies, providing operational leadership, overseeing and managing Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Shipping/Receiving and Returned Material Authorization activities. Paul also introduced a Lean/Continuous Improvement culture, improved material handling processes, improved design and release processes, created document control processes, created Corrective Action processes, implemented manual and electronic Kanban tools, and facilitated intellectual property protection.
