Aleš Procházka

Ale Quintero is an experienced design professional currently serving as the Head of Design at Cooler since July 2023. Prior to this role, Ale held the position of Lead Product Designer at Healthy Together from April 2021 to June 2023, focusing on health and human services innovation. As the Lead Experience Designer at Sofía from March 2019 to April 2021, Ale contributed to reimagining health insurance. Ale began the career as Founding Designer at Knoable, Inc., and later worked as a Freelance Designer, providing brand experience design for early-stage companies. Contributions also include co-founding The Handsome Pig, designing for Rehilete Estudio Creativo with notable clients like Universal Music Group and Starbucks, and developing branding strategies for ecotourism communities with Fundacion Comunitaria Oaxaca A.C. Ale's career began as a Junior Designer at Decofuego Chimeneas. Ale Quintero holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design from Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México.
